Our Mission
The European Secondaries Lawyers Association is an organisation dedicated to building a community of European legal professionals active in the secondaries market.
We have five primary objectives:
- Promote growth and knowledge development within the European secondaries legal community
- Deliver opinions - regular anonymised mass views on pressing topics within the European secondaries legal market
- Draft and publish papers and letters for the purposes of acting as a unified voice on behalf of our members
- Create best practice frameworks to uphold best in class ethics amongst European secondaries lawyers
- Build a vibrant secondaries lawyers community in Europe

Weekly Survey
Each week we will canvass the opinions of hundreds of secondaries lawyers on issues facing our industry. We will publish the results of these surveys to create a real time exchange of ideas and views.
